Next Sunday, May 6th we will celebrate the Sacrament of Communion in an intergenerational service, with leadership offered by the children of the congregation.

Manitoba Eco-Network Banquet Fundraiser will be held at Immanuel on Friday, May 11th. Hors d’oeuvre’s at 6:00 pm and a Vegetarian banquet of delights at 6:30 pm. Entertainment with an animated feature starring Scott Douglas, and music with the brilliant fiddle of Susan Israel and singing of Sam Baardman. The cost is $25. Sunday School Wind-up! The C.E. Committee will be having their Sunday School windup on Sunday, May 13th. At the beginning of worship we will be recognizing all S.S. students and teachers, and then the students will head off to play. We are hoping to have a barbeque following worship for all who would like to join us. We are in need of two barbeques – if you have one that could be brought to the church, please contact Sharon Barbour (668-4571). If transportation is a problem, we can help with that!. Thank You!

The Annual Meeting of the Conference of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario will take place at the University of Winnipeg from May 31-June 3, 2012.
